Grand Piano is a series of digital pieces that come from photos of my dad’s grand piano. It is a beautiful work of art in itself. Some of the photos I took were then fed into an app called ScopeWorks. This software allows for the creation of kaleidoscopes. I ended up with around 60 of them. I then put a few of them into Photoshop and played around with the blending mode of each of those layers until I got some nice images. Most comprise of around 6 layers. I have no pre-determined idea of how they will look, I just play with the softwares nobs, as it were, and see what come out. I am on a journey of discovery with my art and especially so with my collection of kaleidoscopic images. The only thought in my head, whilst I explore the seemingly endless possibilities that Photoshop gives, is that the piece be attractive to the eye and be interesting. You are always going to have interesting bits when you are working with 6 layers so focusing on its ascetic beauty is really all I am doing. It’s amazing what emerges from this process.

Materials
Clothing: T-shirts and Hoodies are 100% combed and ring-spun cotton.
Printed Canvases: Acid-free, PH-neutral, poly-cotton base, canvas fabric weight: 13.9 oz/yd² (470 g/m²).
Cushions: 100% pre-shrunk polyester case, fabric weight: 8.1 oz/yd² (275 g/m²), shape-retaining 100% polyester insert included (hand-wash only)
Tote Bags: 100% spun polyester fabric.
Care Instructions
For all clothing products
~ Wash at 30 degrees Celcius, inside out
~ Do not tumble dry
~ Do not iron over print
For all other products, just be nice to them, treat them well and they will last a long time.
And be nice to people. A criminal cabal have been waging a psychological war on humanity for a very long time. We have all been affected, so be nice to folk.
